I compiled this app to allow easy debugging and testing of daylight savings time & date changes on embedded hardware.

It allows you to set an offset to the current computer's date & time and displays the faked date/time in UTC and "local" timezone formats
Displays whether the computer's date/time and the faked date/time are in daylight savings, or not...
It sends a NMEA $GPRMC string out the COM port to simulate GPS hardware. You can select the faked UTC date/time or the faked "local" timezone date/time.
Requires Microsoft .Net 4 framework to be installed before it will run...
